摘　　要：借用脆弱性的系统定义对水稻生产系统脆弱性的概念进行了归纳定义,进而剖析了水稻生产系统脆弱性的成因。结果表明:水稻生产系统自身的弱点、外在表现形式、政府的投入及农业信用是形成系统脆弱性的主要原因。在此分析的基础上,提出政策性建议。Defined the concept of the vulnerability of the rice production system using the concept of system of vulnerability. In this definition,analyzed the reasons for the formation of the vulnerability of rice production system from the weakness of the rice production system,external form,the government＇s input and agricultural credit ,and then,put forward some policy suggestions.
