摘 要:"核心部位"是人体中枢部位的骨盆和躯干部位,它为上下肢运动创造支点并协调上下肢运动,使力量的产生、传递和控制达到最优化。在借鉴国外研究的基础上,从生物力学、运动解剖学和运动生理学的角度,结合运动实践,对核心部位的界定、核心部位的功能和核心部位的训练等进行研究。研究认为:核心部位的稳定性训练、力量以及速度和柔韧性训练,是训练的重要内容。在训练中,所采用的训练方法和手段应该与专项密切结合,达到运动学特征和动力学特征的统一,并循序渐进地安排训练量,切忌过大强度和超负荷运动量的训练。" The body of core part" is the pelvis and the torso part of the human body axis part,and it creates fulcrum for the top and bottom limb sport and moderate a top and bottom a limb sport,put effort the creation for measure,deliver to attain with control superior turn,this research in drawing lessons from the foundation of the foreign research,according to the biomechanics,sport anatomy and sport physiology of angle,combine the sport practice,study the training contents and method,and train means etc,and the mainly contents is stability training,strength and speed training.the training method and means adopt should with specialty the item combines closely,attaining the kinetics characteristic and the dynamics characteristic to unify,and follow the sequence and advance gradually a ground of arrangement to train load,as well as avoid training of the tempestuously intensity and exceed load.
