摘 要:针对来自空、天两个层面的强大威胁,仅依靠现有的预警手段和系统很难有效应对.通过分析空天一体信息作战的威胁与现状,阐述了临近空间特性并分析了在临近空间部署预警系统的优势:对上可以弥补天基系统,对下可以填补空基系统和陆基系统的缝隙,且可控性强.最后就作为临近空间防空预警系统、区域战场侦察监视系统、指挥通信系统以及集成临近空间电子对抗系统等提出了发展临近空间预警系统建设的建议.Confronted from the strong threat from two levels of air and space,it is hard to deal with it only depending on our current early warning surveillance means and systems.By analyzing the threats and current situation of integration of air and space information operation,the characteristics of near space were expounded and the advantages of deployment of early warning systems in near space analyzed.Those advantages include compensating space-based system upwards and the gap of air-based and land-based systems downwards,and strong controllability.Finally it was suggested that the construction of near space air defence early warning surveillance system be developed in terms of the near space air defence early warning surveillance system,regional batterfield reconnaissance surveillance system,command and communication systems and integrated near space electronic countermearsure systems
