沙龙式学术交流组训模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：以提高教员及研究生学术科研能力为目的,针对目前学术交流存在的与部队需求结合不紧、部分教员科研创新能力不强、研究生缺乏学术交流平台和有效指导等主要问题,探索建立了沙龙式学术交流模式.在坚持前沿性、"三贴近"、多样性、指导性原则下采用:就科研项目请专家教授开设学术讲座、就青年教员如何开展教学科研举办专题沙龙、就学科交叉、产、学、研相结合举办特色沙龙、提高研究生素质举办学术对接沙龙等方式,到目前各类学术交流达38次之多.实践表明,该学术交流模式对活跃学术科研氛围、激励创新思维等是有效的.In order to improve the academic and scientific research ability of both teachers and graduates,the salon patterns of academic exchange was explored and initiated,aimed at some main problems that the current academic exchange is not closely related to the troop＇s demand,the scientific research innovative capability of partial teachers is poor,and graduates lack of academic exchange platform and effective guidance.Directed by sticking to the principles of pioneering,proximity,diversity and guidance,the experts and professors are invited to have specific academic forums in terms of scientific projects,the specific topic salon is hold on the young teachers how to carry out teaching and scientific research,the speciality salon is hold for the combination of interdisciplinary,production,learning and researching,academic abutment joint salon is run for improving the graduates＇ quality,for which,so far,various academic exchanges are up to 38 times or more.By practice it shows that this type of academic exchange is effective to activating the atmosphere of academic and scientific research,and powering creative thinking and others.
