摘　　要：建设资源节约型社会正在成为中国经济社会进入新的历史阶段的重要目标,对我国经济社会发展和民族兴衰具有全局性和战略性的重大意义,也是解决我国能源问题的根本途径。国有企业肩负不可推卸的社会责任,必须通过提高企业管理水平,积极探索节能途径。以哈尔滨石化分公司节能工作的探索实践为例,分析企业能耗现状和差距,提出按照集成化、减量化、简约化的节能理念,从管理、技术和机制3个途径实现节能目标,以期对各企业推进节能工作提供借鉴。Construction of society of resources save type has become important target that China economy has entered new historic stage, is of both comprehensive and strategic significance for the development of our economic society and nationality, and also the fundamental approach to solving our energy resources. State - owned enterprise shoulders un- movable social responsibility, we have to improve our management, actively probe into approach to saving energy. Taking practice of energy save in Harbin Petrochemical Company as an example, we analyzed status and gap of energy consump- tion in enterprise, presented approaches to realization of target of energy save in terms of management, technology and mechanism according to the concept of integration, waste reduction and simplification.
