摘　　要：本文对由多种特殊的高活性聚合物复合而成的高效节能皂洗剂在针织染整产品中的应用进行了介绍,并对其皂洗机理进行了分析,发现其对染色残液中水解染料具有分解、消色和乳化分散作用。应用结果表明:该皂洗剂不但可提升染色织物的皂洗牢度,还可直接减少印染污水的处理费用。The applications of a efficient energy-saving soaping agent which composed by several specific highly active polymers and used in knitting dyeing and finishing product were introduced. The soaping mechanism of it was analyzed. It was observed that the a- gent has actions of decomposition, decolorization, emulsification and dispersion to hydrolyzed dye in dyeing residue. The application results indicate that the soaping agent not only improved the soaping fastness of dyeing fabrics but also reduced the treatment cost of printing and dyeing wastewater directly.
