摘  要:本研究直接以邻氰基苄基氯与微过量的反应物亚磷酸三乙酯进行酯化反应,无需添加其他有机溶剂,减少了溶剂回收工序;直接以产品精制过程中的重结晶母液作为缩合反应的溶剂,同样避免了溶剂回收工序,降低了溶剂的损耗和能耗,并且可以使产品收率提高10%,真正实现了荧光增白剂ER的绿色合成。2-Cyanobenzyl chloride directly reacted with a slight excess of triethyl phosphate by esterification reaction without adding oth- er organic solvents, so the solvent recovery process was avoided. Using recrystallization mother liquor as the condensation reaction sol- vent, the process of solvent recovery was avoided also. The solvent loss and energy consumption were reduced by this process and the yield of Fluorescent Brightener ER was increased by 10%. The green synthesis of Fluorescent Brightener ER was realized authentically.
