摘  要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对不同生长期、不同采集时间荷叶及荷叶浸泡水和水煎液中7种无机营养元素的含量进行了分析测定。结果表明:不同时期荷叶中7种元素含量差异极显著,但都含有丰富的Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu等微量元素;荷叶对Mn元素有较强的富集作用,10月份采集的荷叶锰含量高达1278.76μg/g;荷叶各元素的溶出率大小顺序为K>Zn>Mg>Cu>Mn>Fe>Ca,溶出率高低主要取决于元素在药材中的存在形态。The contents of seven inorganic nutrimental elements in Lotus leaves of different growing periods or of different collecting time as well as in the boiled-water extract,water decoction were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show the contents of above-mentioned seven nutrimental elements have remarkable difference in Lotus leaves of different growing periods in spite of their rich contents of Mn,Fe,Zn and Cu in common.Lotus leaves has a significant accumulation of Mn.The content of Mn from Lotus leaves collected in October reaches 1 278.76μg/g.The dissolved rate orderly reduces as follows:K>Zn>Mg>Cu>Mn>Fe>Ca,which mainly depends on the existing chemical states in medicinal herbs.
