超声电导经皮局部透药治疗下肢骨折肿痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超声电导经皮局部透药和口服药物治疗下肢肿痛产生不同疗效的观察。方法:136例下肢骨折患者按入院顺序分为治疗组68例和对照组68例。治疗组采用超声电导经皮局部透入含止痛消肿型的凝胶贴片作为耦合剂治疗,每次30min,每天2次,10d为1疗程。对照组采用口服七叶皂甙0.3g,每天2次,力美松0.1g,每天2次,10d为1个疗程。于治疗前、治疗后10d对肿痛症状进行VAS评分和临床疗效观察。结果:超声电导经皮局部透药治疗在改善肿痛症状方面起效快、作用显著(P<0.05)。结论:超声电导经皮局部透药是下肢骨折肿痛的一种有效治疗方法。Objective：To compare the efficacy of controlling the swell and pain of lower limb fracture between local administration per cutem by ultrasound electric conductance and take medicine orally.Methods：136 patients were divided into therapy group（local administration per cutem by ultrasound electric conductance）and control group（take medicine orally）according the time of admission,68 patients in each group.In therapy group,the gel paster were used as coupling medium per cutem locally by ultrasound electric conductance,30 min each time and BID for 10 days as a course of treatment.In control group,aescine（0.3 gram,BID）and nimesulide（0.1 gram BID）were given for 10 days as a course of treatment.The symptoms of swollen and pain were evaluated by VAS score and clinical effect observation pre-therapy and 10 days post-therapy.Results：The therapy group shows better effects in improving the syndroms of swollen and pain than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Local administration per cutem by ultrasound electric conductance was a effective methods to control the swell and pain of lower limb fracture.
