摘  要:基于采用变频压缩机和电子膨胀阀的小型冷库系统结构和控制要求,介绍了一个分布式控制系统的设计。硬件主要基于西门子SIMATIC S7-200CN系列可编程逻辑控制器,通过蒸发器的过热度来控制电子膨胀阀的开度和压缩机的运行频率,同时引入人机界面友好的西门子SIMATIC TD400C触摸屏作为现场监控及数据采集平台;测试结果表明设计的控制系统不仅运行稳定可靠,而且控制精度高;通过MPI(Multi-Point Interface)协议,触摸屏能准确无误地与PLC通信,实时监视和控制小型冷库工作状态。Based on the use of inverter compressors and electronic expansion valve of the small-scale cold storage system architecture and control requirements,a distributed control system design was introduced.The hardware environment was mainly based on Siemens SIMATIC S7-200CN series of PLC,Through the evaporator superheat to control the electronic expansion valve opening and compressor operating frequency,and a friendly Siemens SIMATIC TD400C touching screen was also applied as the local platforms of SCADA(SupervisoryControl and DataAcquisition);Tests results show that the PLC based control system isnot only capable of running stably and reliably,but also has higher control accuracy.The touching screen can communicate precisely with PLC,viaMPI(Multi-Point In-terface)protocol.,Touch screen can be accurate with the PLC communications,real-time monitoring and control of small refrigeratory working condition.
