掷标枪左侧支撑的作用与影响因素探析

摘　　要：左侧支撑是掷标枪最后用力过程中的关键性技术环节,其重要作用和意义已在标枪教学和训练中引起广泛关注和足够重视。但是相关的理论研究并不多见,文章从生物力学角度对掷标枪左侧支撑中左腿支撑、左肩制动和左腿蹬伸以及对影响左侧支撑技术的因素进行了全面分析和阐述,以期能为教练员和运动员进行标枪教学和训练提供一些帮助和建议。Left-side strut a critical technique in putting forth the last strength in Javelin throwing.It has aroused wide attention and been attached great importance in Javelin teaching and training.However,the relevant theoretical study is still rare.This paper makes a comprehensive anlysis from the perspective of biomechanics on left-foot support,left-shoulder braking,left-leg kick-hold-up in Javelin throwing and the influencing factors.The study is expected to offer some help and suggestions for coaches in teaching and players in training.
