摘  要:探索技术资产评估价值确定的新方法.其方法是基于市场价值确定技术资产的价格区间,征求专家意见并给出技术资产价值的区间估值,集中分析调整专家意见,利用集值统计的方法最终确定技术资产的评估值.针对评估值利用模糊评价方法进行修正,最终得到更为准确的评估结果.评估结果是以市场价值为基础确定技术资产的价格区间.缩小了技术资产价值评估的范围,从定量的角度避免评估的随意性,同时德尔菲法和集值统计法的运用在一定程度上克服个人因素的影响,增强了求得结果的权威性、科学性.层次分析法将一些观念性的、难以精确度量的因素量化,突出关键因素对其价值的影响,从定量的角度避免了权重选取的随意性,使定性分析与定量分析较好地结合在一起.多种方法有机结合综合运用,使评估结果相对准确、合理,可以减少由于信息的模糊性带来的不确定性,提高技术资产评估的准确性和可信度.The technology assets. purpose of this paper is to explore a new method to determine the evaluation value of Based on the market value to determine the price of the technology assets and consult expert' s advice, a new method is abtained to give value range of technological assets, using set-valued statistical methods to finally determine evaluation value of technology assets. Fuzzy evaluation method is applied to modify the evaluation results to eventually get more accurate ones. Evaluation results are got based on the market value to determine the price range of technology asset. The scope of valuation value of technology asset is narrowed and arbitrary assessment is avoided from the quantitative point of view. Application of Delphi method and ficity set valued statistics in a certain extent overcomes individual factors, enhancing the authority and scientificity of results obtained. By Analytic hierarchy process (ahp), some conceptual factors that are hard to accurately measure the quantification are quantized, highlig-hting influence of key factors on its value, avoiding the weight of arbitrary, and making the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis well combined. The organic combination of methods making the evaluation relatively accurate and reasonable, can reduce uncertainty technology caused by the fuzzy information, and improve accuracy and reliability of the asset evaluation.
