摘　　要：概要列出了阜新市因煤炭开采而产生的一系列的矿山环境问题,并针对这些具体问题,提出了一系列的治理措施。最后提出具体建议,改善我国的矿山环境,实现资源与环境的协调发展。The article has briefly listed a series of mine environmental problems of Fuxin, for these concrete problems, a series of preventing and controlling measures are proposed. Finally the article proposes concrete suggestions, it suggests that we should improve the mining environment of our country, to develop the harmony between resources and environment.
