摘　　要：法律运行是社会客观系统与法律自身结构系统相互作用的过程,表现为在社会有机体的系统环境下,通过系统控制在公共利益与个体利益区间寻求合理性的结合点与实现方式。社会系统的不平衡性决定法律运行呈现出时间上的波动性和空间上的跳跃性或差异性特征。法律运行的每一步足迹是法律实现的一种合理性状态。In this paper,the author believes that the legal movement is the interaction process of social objective system and the legal own structure system,puts forward that the social system＇s imbalance decided that the legal movement presents in the time in the adulatory property and spatial unevenness or the different characteristic and points out that the each step of legal movement is one rational condition which the lawrealizes.
