益气温阳活血利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭心室重塑及心功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气温阳与活血利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)心室重塑及心功能的临床疗效。方法将100例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例。治疗组在西药综合治疗的基础上服用益气温阳、活血利水的纯中药制剂,对照组采用西药综合治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后心室重塑及心功能变化。结果治疗组总有效率为94%,明显优于对照组的72%(P<0.05)。治疗组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)明显缩小(P<0.01)、舒张末室间隔厚度(IVS)明显下降(P<0.05)、左室射血分数(LVEF)显著提高(P<0.01),效果优于对照组。结论益气温阳、活血利水药能明显改善CHF心室重塑及心功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic efects of the therapy of supplementing qi and warming yang and activating blood and promoteing diuresis on ventricular remodeling and the improvement of cardiac functions for the chronic hear failure（CHF） patients.Methods 100 cases of CHF were randomly divided into the treatment group of 50 cases treated with the therapy of supplementing qi and warming yang and activating blood and promoteing diuresis buy administering traditional Chinese medicine in addition to the therapy of using western medicine and the contrast group of 50 cases treated with the therapy of using western medicine.The changes in ventricular remodeling and cardiac functions before and after the treatments were compared.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the contrast group were 94% and 72% respectively（P0.05）.In the treatment group,the left ventricular end diastolic dimension shrank obviously（P0.01）,the interventricular septal thickness decreased obviously（P0.05） and the left ventricular ejection fraction impproved markedly（P0.01）,and therapeutic effects were significantly better than those in the contrast group.Conclusion The therapy of supplementing qi and warming yang and activating blood and promoteing diuresis can produce good therapeutic effects on the ventricular remodeling and the improvement of cardiac functions for the chronic hear failure（CHF） patients.
