文化规则的形态学和象征学研究——以东巴经神话传说中的法起源问题为范畴

摘　　要：以东巴经神话为阅读文本,分析文化作为规则存在的形态、类型及其象征意义,认为习俗、道德和禁忌等文化规则,效能同于法律,也是一种社会自生的规范形态,对人的心理及思维形成一种潜在持久的日常影响与常规控制,从而有效维持当地人的生活秩序。从方法论层面看,这种从文化规则和文化差异的角度来看待规则和法律的起源与发展的研究路径,是获得关于规则意识变迁与延续的一种思路和探索方式。The article analyzes the culture forms,types and symbolic significance,taking the Dongba myth as text,the conclusion is that custom,moral and cultural taboos equal law in efficiency,witch is a kind of social rules of standard form,forming a potential lasting influence and control to the person＇s psychology and thinking,thus,it maintains effective local life order.From methodology level,the research path of treating the culture rules and the law of the oringing and development from the perspective of culture rules and difference,is a kind of thought and exploration way of getting changes and continuation of rule consciousness.
