摘  要:介绍了超临界600MW机组中压缸起动的主要步骤及暖缸、切缸等关键技术,总结了中压缸起动的优点。中压缸起动虽然系统较复杂,起动操作有一定难度,但却是一种安全、经济、快速、灵活的起动方式。建议采用闷缸自暖、辅汽预暖或邻炉再热蒸汽预暖与主蒸汽预暖相结合的暖缸措施,进一步加快起动速度,减少起动消耗。The main steps of starting the supercritical 600 MW unit up through IP cylinder,as well as warming the cylinder up,switching the cylinder over,and other key technologies have been presented,and the advantages of starting the unit up through IP cylinder being summarized.Although the said start-up mode is somewhat complex,and the starting operation is slightly more difficult,but it is a safe,economical,rapid,and flexible way to start the unit up.It is recommented to adopt some measures for warming the cylinder up,such as the main steam prewarming combined with self-warming with the cylinder being tightly covered,prewarming with auxiliary steam or reheating steam from neighboring furnace,to further accelerate the start-up,reducing consumption in start-up.
