摘 要:利用管式炉-FTIR二氧化硫检测系统对神华煤与玉米杆和树皮在不同混燃比下混合燃烧时SO2的释放规律进行了研究。结果表明:混燃过程SO2释放量随着混燃比的增加而降低,其原因是煤与生物质的混合燃料含硫量有所降低。煤与生物质混燃时,自脱硫率由煤的自脱硫,生物质的自脱硫以及二者协同脱硫3部分组成,而协同脱硫效果显著。随着混燃比的增加,协同脱硫对自脱硫的贡献率先增大后减小,存在一个最大值;燃料向烟气中的硫转化率先减小后增大,存在一个最小值。神华煤与玉米杆和树皮混燃时,混燃比最佳值为50%;随着混燃比的增加,SO2开始释放的时间逐渐提前,释放所用时间也逐渐减少。By using FTIR SO2-detecting system of tube-type furnace,the SO2-releasing regularity during mixedly burning Shenhua coal,cornstalk,and bark with different proportioning ratio has been studied.Results show that the SO2-releasing amount was decreased as the proportioning ratio was increased,the cause is that the sulphur content in mixed fuel of coal and biomass has somewhat reduced,in addition,during the time of mixedly burning coal and biomass,the self-desulphurization(SD) is made up of three parts,namely SD of coal,SD of biomass,and SD in coordination,and the effectiveness of SD in coordination is remarkable.Along with the increase of proportioning ratio,the contribution ratio of SD in coordination is firstly increased,and then being decreased,existing a maximum value;the transform ratio of fuel into sulphur in flue gas is firstly decreased and then being increased,existing a minimum value.In case of mixedly burning Shenhua coal with cornstalk or bark,the optimal proportioning ratio is 50%.Along with the increase of proportioning ratio,the begining time of SO2-releasing is gradually moved up,and the time needing for releasing is also gradually reduced.
