摘　　要：介绍了中盐吉兰泰氯碱化工有限公司热电厂480t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉屏式再热器变形、撕裂和爆管等问题,认为原设计、施工的屏式再热器顶部穿墙密封盒处膨胀节存在缺陷,悬吊屏式再热器的恒力弹簧吊架预紧力不足,屏式再热器出口集箱没有安装导向装置,再热器管壁存在超温现象等是造成屏式再热器管屏变形的主要原因。通过改造,屏式再热器变形情况得到控制,且再未发生爆管停炉事故,改造效果明显。The problems of platen reheater in 480 t/h boiler,such as deformation,tear,and tube-burst etc.,of thermal power plant subordinated to China Salt Jilantai Chlorine-Alkali Chemical Co Ltd,have been presented,it is believed that the main causes leading to deformation of the platen reheater are as follows：defects existing on oxpansion joint of the wall-entrance sealing box at top of the platen reheater constructed according to the original design;insufficent pretightening load applied to the constant force spring hanger of said hanging platen reheater;the guide means weren＇t installed for the outlet header of platen reheater;overtemperature phenomenon occurred on tube-wall of the platen reheater etc..Through retrofitting,the deformation of platen reheater can be controlled,the failures of tube-burst and boiler shutdown haven＇t occurred again,boasting remarkable effectiveness.
