摘  要:论述了漳泽发电分公司前苏制215 MW机组汽轮机高中压缸通流部分改造的效果。通过改造,高压缸效率达到84.43%,中压缸效率为93.94%,热耗率为7 989.4 kJ/(kW.h)。在纯凝工况下,机组热耗降低了337 kJ/(kW.h),煤耗降低12.7 g/(kW.h),年节约标煤1.50万t,改造投资2.5年即可收回。并且,在把泵凝汽式改为调节抽汽式汽轮机后,供热工况下最大抽汽流量达到340 t/h,可降低煤耗20 g/(kW.h)以上。The effectiveness of flow passage retrofit for high and medium cylinders of former soviet-made steam turbine equipped for 215MW unit in Zhangze Power Generation Branch Company has been explicated.Through retrofit,the efficiency of high pressure cylinder and of medium cylinder reaches 84.43% and 93.94% respectively,and the specific heat consumption reaches 7 989.4 kJ/(kW·h).Under operating condition of pure condensation,the heat consumption rate decreases 337 kJ/(kW·h),the coal consumption rate reduces 12.7 g/(kW·h),the standar coal can be saved fifteen thousand tons per year,the capital investment in retrofit can be taken back within two and a half year.Under operating condition of heat supply,the maximum extract steam flow rate reaches 340 t/h,the coal consumption rate can be reduced 20 g/(kW·h) and more.
