摘 要:在分析双强燃烧器在"W"型火焰锅炉上实现节油点火及节油稳燃的基础上,提出了双强燃烧器的油系统、煤粉系统、炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)、负荷返航系统、锅炉燃烧系统的控制策略。在华能珞璜电厂360 MW机组燃用劣质无烟煤的"W"型火焰锅炉上的应用表明,双强燃烧器控制策略不仅能够满足锅炉节油点火及节油稳燃的控制要求,而且能够满足锅炉在各种煤质和各种工况下的安全运行要求,节油率达到80%。On the basis of analysing realization of oil-saving ignition and oil-saving combustion stabilization on W-shaped flame boilers by using burners strengthened in two aspects,the control strategy for the oil system,the pulverized coal system,the furnace safety supervising system(FSSS),the boiler runback system,and the boiler's combustion regulating system for burners strengthened in two aspects has been put forward.The application of above-mentioned control strategy on W-shaped flame boiler for 360MW unit burning inferior anthracitic coal in Huaneng Luohuang Power Plant shows that the control strategy for said burners not only can satisfy the control requirements in oil-saving ignition and oil-saving combustion stabilization in boilers,but also can satisfy the requirements in safe operation under condition of different coal qualities and of different operating conditions,the oil-saving ratio reaches 80%.
