摘　　要：根据涡流纺(MVS)对原料纤维的要求,通过对直纺熔体质量的改进以及纺丝工艺的优化,开发制备了适用于喷气涡流纺专用的聚酯短纤维。通过纺纱试验,验证了涡流纺用聚酯短纤维的可纺性,同时分析了涡流纺用聚酯短纤维产品的市场需求情况和发展趋势。According to the requirements of fiber to vortex spinning,with the melt quality of direct spinning is modified and the spinning process is optimized,the PET staple fiber special for vortex spinning is prepared.After the yarn spinning experiment,the PET staple fiber has good spinnability for vortex spinning.The market demand and development prospect of PET staple fiber are analyzed.
