摘　　要：针对地方高校受各种因素的制约,搞好实验室建设工作,首要任务就是制定一个高起点、高标准,具有科学性、合理性、超前意识的建设规划。确定实验室建设指导思想和目标、建设方向。最后,阐述保障措施的重要性,确保实验室建设工作的顺利进行。According to objectives and requirements of key subjects in local colleges and universities,take the author＇s school as example,navigation laboratory construction and security issues were discussed.Aimed at the various internal and external restricted factors,in order to improve laboratory construction,the first task is to develop a construction plan with starting point,high standard,scientific rational forward-thinking.Next is to determine the guiding ideology,laboratory construction objectives,and constracting orientation.Finally,the importance of safeguard measures was needed to ensure the laboratoriy construction running smoothly.
