摘　　要：高校学科竞赛对培养大学生的综合素质,提高高校的教学水平有着非常重要的作用。从我校学科竞赛现状分析入手,提出构建一支由管理团队、指导教师团队、学生团队组成的学科竞赛队伍,并从管理模式、队伍构成方式、激励及监督机制、作用目的等方面探讨了其操作方法和意义。Academic competition amongst the universities can train the undergladuates＇ comprehensive quality of undergladuates,and to improve teaching level.This article introduced the current situation of academic competition,pointed out constructing teams of academic competition which consists of the management team,teacher team and students team,and elaborated on the actual operating procedure and significance from the management model,incentive contracts and monitoring,mechanism,and the purpose and etc.
