摘　　要：S.Café科技咖啡纱是将回收的咖啡渣导入纤维制成的功能性纱线,可使用在衣服的底层、中层、外层,能迅速将皮肤产生的湿气或是外来水分吸收并迅速挥发。当身体或环境有异味时,咖啡纱会通过物理方式将异味吸收。此外,咖啡纱还具有优异的抗紫外线功能。简述了S.Café科技咖啡纱的研发历程、发展现状和应用前景。介绍了S.Café科技咖啡纱产品的工艺流程及其产生特殊功能的原理。The scientific S.Café yarn is one kind of functional yarns,which is produced by the reclaimed coffee grounds with fiber introduced.This yarn can be used as apparel’s inner layer,middle layer and outer layer to absorb and evaporate the wet air on the skin.When the body or environment smells odor,it can absorb it through physical mode.In addition,this yarn can also resist the ultraviolet radiation.This paper introduces the development,present situation and application prospect of this kind of yarn,and also presents the technological procedure and the principle of its special functions.
