摘　　要：针对涤氨针织物鲜亮色染整生产过程中经常遇到的色花、色渍、还原清洗前后色光变化等问题,通过列举该织物不同鲜亮色染色生产实例,对造成织物染色生产中产生上述问题的前处理、配方组合、染色助剂及加入次序等影响因素进行了详细分析和探讨,从而为实际生产起到一定的指导作用。In view of the common mottled appearance,color patch and shade change before and after reduced bathing for polyester/ polyurethane fabric in bright color dyeing and finishing process,this paper uses an example of different right color dyeing to discuss and analyzes in detail the pretreatment,formula combination,dyeing auxiliaries and the adding sequences,which can be of good reference for the real production.
