摘　　要：转炉造渣中加入莹石作为助熔剂会生成一定量氟化物,造成对大气和水的污染。济钢第三炼钢120t复吹转炉应用转炉化渣助熔剂替代莹石造渣新工艺,对钢水脱P更有利;转炉污水中F?含量下降了96%,取得了可观的环保效益。To add fluorite as flux in slag forming of converter would produce some quantity of fluoride and pollute air and water.We use converter slag-resolving flux to substitute fluorite and so it is more beneficial to dephosphorization of molten steel.Consequently the content of fluorite in converter waste water reduces by 96 percent,obvious environment protection profit got.
