摘　　要：阐述了"人文"和"人文素质"的内涵以及运动员大学生的人文素质的特点,分析了我国体育院校现行人文素质培养模式及其存在的问题,基于维果斯基的"最近发展区理论"和建构主义教学观,提出建立以体育文学为特色的运动员大学生人文素质培养平台的模式。With the research methods of literature study and comparative analysis,the paper expatiates on the connotations of humanism and humanistic quality and the features of university athlete student＇s humanistic quality.The paper also analyses the problems of the current humanistic quality cultivation mode in the P.E.universities and institutes and expatiates on the connotation of sports literature and its influences on the humanistic quality cultivation of the university athlete students.The paper proposes the university athlete students＇ humanistic quality cultivation mode featured with sports literature on the basis of Vygotsky＇s theory of Zone of Proximal Development and the Constructivism.
