循证护理在胃大切术后早期肠内营养病人中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在胃大切术后早期肠内营养病人中的应用效果。方法:将100例胃大切术后病人随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上增加循证护理的内容。观察两组病人知识掌握程度、并发症发生率、感染率以及住院费用和住院时间的比较结果。结果:两组病人在知识掌握程度、并发症发生率、感染率以及住院费用和住院时间的比较具有显著性差异,说明循证护理可以提高病人的知识水平,减少并发症和感染的发生,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。结论:循证是临床护理的基础,不仅可以提高护理质量,而且可以提高病人和护理人员的知识水平,提高普外科护理的专科性和技术性。Objective：The discussion follows evidence based nursing after the stomach big cuts the technique greatly in early intestines nutrition patient＇s application effect.Methods：100 example patients with stomach big cut were divides into the control group and the experimental group randomly,the experimental group increases in the conventional nursing foundation follows card nursing the content,to observe two groups of patient knowledge to grasp the degree,the complication formation rate,the infection percentage as well as in hospital expense and in hospital time comparison result.Results：Two groups of patients grasp the degree,the complication formation rate,the infection percentage as well as in hospital expense and in hospital time comparison in the knowledge have the significance difference,explained that follows card nursing to be possible to raise patient＇s state of art,reduces the complication and the infection occurrence,reduces in hospital time,reduces in hospital expense.Conclusion：Follows the card is the clinical nursing foundation,not only may improve the nursing quality,moreover may enhance the patient and nursing staffs＇ state-of-art,enhances the Pu surgical nursing the faculty and the technical nature.
