摘　　要：目的:探讨两种封管方式对甘露醇所致静脉炎发生率的影响。方法:了解20%甘露醇的药理作用、适应证、用法、用量、疗程及副作用。将我科应用20%甘露醇治疗脑梗死的68例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者输液完毕后直接用5ml肝素封管液直接封管,观察组患者先静脉推注0.9%氯化钠溶液20ml,再用5ml肝素封管液封管。观察两组患者静脉炎的发生情况。结果:观察组患者静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:表明20%甘露醇所致的静脉炎与封管方式有关。输注甘露醇后先静脉推注0.9%氯化钠溶液20ml,再用肝素封管液封管可大大降低静脉炎的发生率。Objective：To investigate the effect of two different sealing meathods on vien inflamation with mannitol.Methods：Understand the pharmacology function,adaption,method of using,dosage of 20% manitol,the care distance and its side effect.will accept my seetion prain to obstruet a patient 68 all used 20% mantiol treatments were divided into the control group and observation group at random,in order to lose aliquid to complete to seal atube with the 5 ml heparin brine behind,the nomal regulations set improve a set first vein to push to note a 20 ml 0.9% sodium chlovides seal a tube with the 5 ml hepain brine again behind.Results：The vein inflammation occorrence of observation group has rate was obviously lower than that in the control group,the difference has already statisticsed to learn meaning（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The enunciation lose a liquid 20% manitol with the nesult that of the vein inflammation have something to with sealing the tube method.After losing the liquid manitol fires the vein push to note a 20 ml 0.9 sodium chlorides,use again the occurrence that the heparin brine seals a tube and can lower the vein inflammatin consumedly.
