摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定党参药材中腺苷含量。方法采用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量。色谱条件以Discovery C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-水(5:95)为流动相洗脱;检测波长260nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0ml/min。结果腺苷在1.282～27.05μg/ml范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.08%(RSD=1.39%)。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于党参中腺苷的含量测定及质量控制。Objective To establish a determination method for adenosine in Codonopsis pilosula by HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out with HPLC.Discovery C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used at the temperature of 30℃,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water （5：95）,the detection wavelength was at 260 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results Adenosine′s determination showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.282～27.05 μg/ml （r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 99.08% with RSD of 1.39%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate,reproducible,specific and can be used for quality control and content determination for Codonopsis pilosula.
