摘　　要：目的研究蝓天克喘胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用。方法以腹腔和皮下注射金黄色葡萄球菌液导致小鼠感染,观察蝓天克喘胶囊对动物摄食、饮水及活动情况和平均存活天数,并与模型组比较。结果蝓天克喘胶囊能促进金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的摄食、饮水及活动情况,延长存活天数,减轻感染所致的囊肿及结节形成。结论蝓天克喘胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定抗菌作用。Objective To study on the antibacterial effects of Yutian Kechuan clapsule on staphylococcus aureus.Methods Experimental mice were infected by injecting staphylococcus aureus intraperitoneally and hypodermicly.The effects of Yutian Kechuan capsule on the mice′s condition of diet,action,and the average days of living were observed,and the differences between the experimental mice and the model were also compared.Results Yutian Kechuan capsule could promote the diet and action condition of the experimental mice,prolong their survival days,and alleviate the formation of hydatoncus and tubercle which were caused by infection.Conclusion The Yutian Kechuan capsule has certain of antibacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus.
