摘 要:对废氨纶短纤维/废聚氨酯(PU)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)复合材料的性能进行研究,探讨了废氨纶短纤维含量、废PU含量和两种低聚物对NBR胶复合材料的性能影响。结果表明,废氨纶短纤维含量在20份左右,材料的综合性能最佳;废PU能改善废氨纶短纤维/NBR胶的综合性能;两种低聚物均能明显改善复合材料的物理机械性能,酚醛树脂的改善效果较好。This paper studied the properties of composite material of waste polyurethane fiber,polyurethane(PU) and nitrile rubber(NBR).The impact of the content of short polyurethane fiber content and PU,as well as two kinds of oligomers on the properties of NBR vulcanizates were separately analyzed.The results showed that the best properties of composite material were achieved when 20 phr short polyurethane fibers were filled,and the waste polyurethane could improve the general properties of waste polyurethane fiber filled NBR vulcanizates.Both oligomers can improve the properties of NBR vulcanizates,while the impact of phenolic resin oligomer was more remarkable.
