摘　　要：分析了某1Mt/a重整抽提装置的螺杆式氨气制冷压缩机系统在氨液分离器底部排液、蒸发器排污油系统、加氨口和补油放空泄压系统等方面存在的设计缺陷,在装置投产开车前进行了技术改造。改造后装置一次性开车成功,运行效果好。The paper analyzed the drawbacks of 1 Mt/a extraction plant of screw ammonia refrigerating in terms of the bottom unload ammonia liquid separator, evaporator oil extraction system and the design defects in ammonification, oil make-up, evacuation and decompression. By the technology improvement after facility checkout, the equipment have arrived prospective effect and trial run successfully in one-off.
