摘 要:传统的铝合金铬酸盐钝化工艺对人体和环境有毒副作用,研究了一种以Ce(NO3)3·4H2O为主盐,KMnO4为氧化剂,Sr(NO3)2·4H2O为促进剂的环保型稀土盐钝化工艺;并通过正交试验优化了钝化液配方和工艺参数。结果表明:在10g/LCe(NO3)3·4H2O、2g/LKMnO4、0.6g/LSr(NO3)2·4H2O,室温条件下可以在铝合金表面形成金黄色的钝化膜,该钝化膜168h中性盐雾试验耐蚀等级为8级。In order to seek a substitute for the traditional passivation process using hazardous chromate,an environment friendly passivation technology with Ce(NO3) 2 ·4H2O as main salt,KMnO4 as oxidation agent and Sr(NO3) 2 ·4H2O as acceleration agent for aluminum alloy was developed.The passivation solution formulation and technological parameters were optimized using orthogonal test method.The experimental results showed that a golden passivation film on LF1 aluminum alloy surface could be obtained at passivation solution composition of 10g/L Ce(NO3) 2 ·4H2O,2g/L KMnO4 and 0.6g/L Sr(NO3)·4H2O and at operating condition of room temperature.The corrosion resistance of the passivation film in 168h neutral salt spray test was ranked grade 8.
