摘 要:群体决策仍是一个有待深入研究的课题。模拟创业的不确定性特点,通过组间实验设计,对群体构成中的形成方式和群体结构与群体决策绩效的关系进行了假设检验。经多元方差分析发现,"自愿形成",且"有领导"的群体决策绩效,显著地优于其它三种组合的群体决策绩效,从而揭示了促进群体成员进行"信息驱动"的互动、提取加工"独占信息"的前提条件;此外,研究还发现,决策的主观绩效与决策的客观绩效之间没有相关性,从而间接地发现了群体成员的异质性是群体互动方式与群体决策绩效之间的调节变量;此外,群体决策不一定优于个体决策。该研究结果对创业者构建创业团队、改善创业决策有一定的指导意义。This paper studies the relationship between the mode of group formation and decision-making performance of an uncertainty task.By setting up four groups according to their forming modes(voluntary and involuntary groups) and different structures(with a leader and without a leader),collecting data with scenario-simulated method,and analyzing of T test and MANOVA,we have found that:(1) the interactive effect exists between decision-making performance and the forming mode and the structure of group;(2) the group formed voluntarily and with a leader achieves significantly higher performance of decision-making than that of the other three groups;and(3) the heterogeneity of group members is the moderator between the social interaction in groups and the group decision-making performance.These findings are of great implications to entrepreneurial team building.
