助剂对聚氨酯弹性密封胶性能的影响

摘　　要：以低聚物多元醇(N220、N330和N303)为软段、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为硬段、辛酸亚锡为催化剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂和轻质碳酸钙(CaCO3)为填料,合成了聚氨酯(PU)弹性密封胶。着重探讨了不同助剂与PU弹性密封胶性能之间的关系。结果表明:当w(辛酸亚锡)=1%～2%、w(轻质CaCO3)=30%～70%和w(DOP)=5%～20%时,PU弹性密封胶具有较好的综合性能、较适宜的表干时间和硬度。With oligomer polyols（N220,N330 and N303） as soft chain segments,toluene diisocyanate（TDI） and MOCA as hard chain segments,stannous octoate as catalyst,DOP as plasticizer and light CaCO3 as filler,so a polyurethane（PU） elastic sealant was synthesized.The relationship between different additives and performances of PU elastic sealant was principally discussed.The results showed that the PU elastic sealant had better combination property,condign tack-free time and hardness when the mass fractions of stannous octoate,light CaCO3 and DOP were 1%-2%,30%-70% and 5%-20%,respectively.
