摘  要:随着国际市场竞争的加剧,我国产业集群在成本、劳动力、资源等方面的比较优势逐渐弱化,而电子商务的兴起为我国产业集群保持和进一步提升竞争优势提供了机遇。对集群竞争优势的有关文献进行了回顾和梳理,基于要素视角的观点从市场条件、生产要素和集群企业协作与竞争三个维度分析了电子商务提升产业集群竞争优势的机制并提出5个命题假设。最后通过多案例研究发现:电子商务有助于产业集群扩大市场容量,快速响应市场,整合区域资源,促进知识在集群内的溢出与传播,提升集群企业协作水平与竞争强度。With the increasing competition in the international market, industrial clusters' comparative advantage such as low cost, scale economies in our country is weakening gradually. Clusters are facing great challenges for sustainable development. This paper strives to provide some meaningful implications for clusters' upgrading in our country via exploring the mechanism of e-commerce's effects on clusters' competitive advantage. This paper reviews the existing studies on clusters' competitive advantage and classifies them into two main strands. One is element perspective, and the other is network perspective. Besides, this paper analyzes the mechanism of how e-commerce enhances industrial clusters' competitive advantage from three dimensions including market conditions, production factors, and cooperation and competition of cluster finns based on the element perspective and posits five hypothesis. Lastly, this article adopts multi-case study method to verify these 5 hypothesis.
