摘  要:目的观察和评价婴幼儿钙营养状况,为合理用药提供依据。方法随机抽取儿科门诊的婴幼儿患者319例作为观察组,测定外周血骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)含量,并与其他年龄组儿童进行对照。结果观察组BALP阳性检出率为61.12%,其中强阳性为19.12%,而对照组阳性检出率为34.43%,强阳性2.73%,显著低于观察组(P〈0.01)。从观察组BALP阳性检出结果来看,0~1岁的阳性检出率为73.83%(强阳性27.52%),而1~3岁的为50%(强阳性11.76%),前者高于后者,亦有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论 BALP可作为判断小儿骨钙营养状况的敏感快捷的手段,尤其适用于儿童保健的初筛和治疗的指导。Objective To observe and evaluate the calcium nutrition of infants and toddlers so as to provide evidence for reasonable medication by bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP). Methods 319 consecutive infant and toddler patients were randomly recruited from Outpatient Department of Pediatrics to measure BALP concentration of peripheral blood, which were compared with normal infants. Results Positive rate (61.12%,and strong positive rate 19. 12%) in observed group was evidently higher than that in control group (34.43%, and strong positive rate 2.?3%) (P〈0. 01). In the observed group, positive rate in the subgroup (0 - 1 years) (73.83%, and strong positive rate 27.52%) was higher than that in the subgroup (1 -3 years) (50 %, and strong positive rate 11.76 %) (P〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The problem about calcium nutrition of infant and toddler can't be neglected, especially the infants (0 - 1 years). BLAP could be as a sensitive and rapid tool for evaluating the situations of calcium nutrition, especially for the primary screening and therapy of child care.
