纳洛酮对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者脑脊液β-内啡呔的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨纳洛酮对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎(HSE)患者脑脊液β-内啡呔(β-EP)的作用。方法收集HSE患者56例,用放射免疫分析法测定纳洛酮处理组、对照组脑脊液中β-EP浓度的变化。结果 HSE纳洛酮处理组患者脑脊液β-EP含量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮能使HSE患者脑脊液β-内啡呔含量降低,从而使HSE患者更快康复。Objective To explore the effect of the β- endorphin （ β- EP） concentration in patients＇ cerebrospinal fluid with Viral meningitis. Method 56 cases with Viral meningitis were determinated their blood concentrations of β-EP . Results Cerebrospinal fluid＇s β-EP concentrations were significantly higher （P〈0. 05） in patients of Viral meningitis. Conclusion β-endorphin levels of naloxone treatment group significantly decreased than non-naloxone treatment group in cerebrospinal fluid.
