摘　　要：本文主要从阳极组装浇铸用磷生铁水中常规五大元素C、Si、Mn、P、S的功用出发,阐述了各元素在配方中各自的作用与用途,以及对生产的影响。从理论上对各元素的使用范围进行了说明,通过理论上的指导,以提高现场实际操作与控制能力。This thesis illustrates the function and role the 5 normal elements（i.e.C、Si、Mn、P and S） played in the formula of the liquid thimble iron used in anode assembly casting,as well as their impact on production.It theoretically explained the terms of use of each element so as to improve the on-site operation and control.
