摘　　要：首钢自主研制开发的新型高炉专家系统充分考虑了我国高炉冶炼特点及操作习惯，以炉况顺行、炉料控制、异常炉况诊断与处理和仿真数值模拟等功能为主，建立了面向高炉操作者的操作平台。着重介绍了首钢新型高炉专家系统的研发概况和应用效果，并进行了深入探讨。The new type of blast furnace expert system is researched and developed by Shougang independently, in which the production characteristics and operation habits of domestic blast furnace are fully considered. In this system, an operation platform for blast furnace operators is well established based on the major functions such as blast furnace condition diagnosis, charging control, abnormal furnace condition disposal, blast furnace mathematic simulation, etc. In this paper, the research and development situation of Shougang blast furnace expert system and the application instances are presented. And the effect of system is fully discussed.
