某贫硫金矿无捕收剂浮选的试验研究

摘　　要：针对某地贫硫石英脉含金矿石,采用无捕收剂浮选工艺,在原矿金品位4g/t,磨矿细度-0.074mm占65%、硫化钠用量300g/t,2#油用量168.8g/t、丁基黄药用量4g/t、浮选时间16min的情况下,可获得金精矿品位30.11g/t、回收率94.63%的技术指标。Collectorless flotation process for poor sulfide gold ore in quartz vein was studied under such conditions as gold grade of run -of mine ore 4 g/t,grinding fineness（-0.074 mm） 65%,flotation agent as sodium sulfide 300 g/t,2# oil 168.8 g/t and butyl xanthic acid 4 g/t,flotation time 16 min,etc..And the concentrate with gold grade of 30.11 g/t and recovery of 94.63% were achieved.
