摘　　要：非营利组织作为一种社会中介力量,对社会贡献越来越大,但目前我国立法及政府管理在对非营利组织的市场准入方面规定得过严,导致非营利组织在实践中难以发挥其应有的作用。Non-Profit Organization as a social mediate force contributes itself on the society increasingly,however,current legislation and governmental management in China regulates NPO Market Access strictly,which makes NPO difficult to play its relevant role in the practice.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze the defects in NPO market access of current legislation and governmental management in an attempt to perfect future relevant legislation.
