Design calculation of sucker rod pumps in coalbed methane wells

摘  要:基于有杆泵设备各组成部分的静态和动态特性,分析了悬点的运动规律,给出不同开采阶段载荷的变化规律和曲柄轴扭矩的计算模型。实例计算结果表明,为减小上冲程开始时悬点最大加速度,曲柄应沿逆时针方向旋转。计算悬点载荷要考虑静载荷、动载荷和摩擦载荷的综合作用。相对于常规油气田,煤层气井动载荷和摩擦载荷所占的比重较大,与悬点载荷的比值分别达到15%和6%;开采中,动载荷的比重迅速减小,稳定生产时,其影响已较小,仅为4%左右,而此时摩擦载荷的影响超过动载荷。杆管总变形量较小,最大值仅为17.6cm,且主要为静变形,动变形的比重较小,稳定生产后可忽略。设备平衡良好时的曲柄轴瞬时扭矩仅为未平衡时所需扭矩的50%左右,且上下冲程的扭矩值近于相等。Based on the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the pumping system,the kinematic relation of polished rod was analyzed,the variation of the total loads of polished rod and mathematical models of calculating gear torques were developed by applying the method.The results show that the cranks should rotate in the direction of counter clock wise to decrease the maximum polished-rod acceleration on the upstroke.The computation of polished rod loads should consider the static loads,as well as dynamic and friction loads.Compared with conventional oil and gas fields,the dynamic and friction to polished rod load ratios are calculated to be 15% and 6%,respectively.The dynamic load ratio decreases rapidly during the production,and the ratio is within 4% during steady flow production,while the friction load ratio becomes larger than it.Besides,the total deformation of rod and tubing is small in CBM wells and its maximum value is just 17.6 cm,and the static deformation is large while the dynamic one is relatively small in the total deformation.Balance torque loadings on a pumping unit gearbox during the upstroke equal to those during the downstroke,and these two loadings are just half of non-balance torque loadings.
