摘　　要：细胞培养是生物医学中一项重要技术,应用较为广泛,目前已渗透到细胞生物学、生物化学、临床检验学等多个领域。文章主要对无脊椎动物和脊椎动物两大领域细胞培养取得的进展及应用作了较为详细的分析,并在此基础上探讨了动物细胞培养存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。为相关领域研究者探讨其他种类细胞系的建立及筛选合适的细胞系培养方法作为理论的参考依据。Cell culture is an important technology in biomedicine.It is widely used and has penetrated into cryobiology,biochemistry,clinical laboratory science and other fields.This paper makes detailed analysis on the application and progresses of invertebrate and vertebrate cell culture.On this basis,some problems of animal cell culture and the future direction of development are discussed.It provides theoretical reference for researchers to establish other types of cell lines and to screen for a suitable method of cell line culture in related areas.
