超声提取合HPLC测定三黄片中大黄素和大黄酚的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用超声波法提取三黄片中的大黄素和大黄酚,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量,并与传统回流提取法比较,以优化和改进药典方法。方法:以超声波提取法为试验组,以传统回流法(药典法)为对照组,进行平行试验;用反相高效液相色谱法测定大黄素与大黄酚的含量。结果:采用超声波法和传统回流法分别提取三黄片中的大黄素和大黄酚,测定结果显示提取量相当。结论:超声波法提取三黄片中的大黄素和大黄酚较传统回流法而言,具有节省时间、操作简便等优点,值得推广应用。Objective：To extract emotion and chrysophanol in Sanhuang tablets using ultrasonic extraction and to determine the content of them by HPLC;compared with traditional reflux extraction,to optimize and improve the pharmacopoeia method.Methods：A parallel test was used regarding ultrasonic extraction as the test group and regarding reflux extraction（pharmacopoeia method）as the contrast group;the RP-HPLC method was applied to determine the content of emotion and chrysophanol.Results：Using reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction to extract emotion and chrysophanol in Sanhuang tablets,the result showed that the content of extraction was equivalent.Conclusion：Using ultrasonic extraction to extract emotion and chrysophanol in Sanhuang tablets,compared with traditional reflux extraction,had many advantages,such as time-saving and convenience.This method was worth applying widely.
