摘　　要：在周仲瑛教授临诊近20余年的失眠病案中筛选192例389诊,提炼出周仲瑛教授辨治失眠的九大病理因素,得出其本在"虚"、"火"、"热"、"郁"、"瘀"、"痰"、"湿"、"风"、"寒"基础上的对于失眠发生发展的理解与认识,并结合病位心-肝-肾及脾-胃,一统失眠的辨证于"一虚一实"、"一环一区"之中。389 examines the example sifting 192 in facing the insomnia medical record examining over almost 20 years in Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying,refining out Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying recognizing nine big pathological mechanism factors curing insomnia,reach it＇s the make of developing to suffering from insomnia happening and cognition that the＂sputum＂,the＂wet＂,the＂groundless＂,the＂cold＂,the＂false＂,the ＂getting angry＂,the＂hot＂,the＂depressed＂,the＂stagnating＂,join union disease place heart-liver-kidney and spleen-stomach,In unifying discrimination suffering from insomnia＂being once encircled by one area＂in ＂one one false reality＂.
