参麦注射液对老年舒张性心力衰竭患者生存质量影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦注射液对于老年舒张性心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响。方法:观察60例舒张性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组(n=31),和对照组(n=29),应用生活质量一般性健康调查简易量表(SF-36)及明尼苏达心衰量表、6min步行距离作为评价指标,分别于治疗前、治疗4、12周后进行评估。结果:治疗41、2周后,治疗组患者SF-36、明尼苏达心衰量表生活质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组6min步行距离明显较对照组延长(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:参麦注射液可明显提高老年舒张性心力衰竭患者生存质量及6min步行距离。Objective：To observe the effect of quality of life on old age patients of dilate heart failure patients by Shenmai injection.Methods：60 patients with diastolic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 31）,and the control group（n = 29）,application of quality of life summary scale of general health survey（SF-36）and the Minnesota Heart Failure Scale,6-minute walk distance as the evaluation index,respectively,before treatment,treatment for 4 weeks,12 weeks for evaluation.Results：After 4 weeks,12 weeks,the treatment group SF-36,Minnesota heart failure,quality of life scale score were significantly better than the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant;Treatment group 6min walking distance to extend significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions：Shenmai injection can significantly improve the survival of old age patients of dilate heart failure quality and 6min walking distance.
