苏子降气汤配合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苏子降气汤配合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作的疗效。方法:治疗组在西医治疗基础上加舒血宁注射液静滴和口服苏子降气汤加减(苏子、橘皮、半夏、当归、前胡、厚朴等)治疗本病40例,并设对照组对照。结果:治疗组在临床症状、肺功能方面均有显著变化。结论:本方法对本病有降气化痰、止咳平喘的功效。Objective：Observe the treatment of Suzi down Decoction combined with western medicine to the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method：The study divided into two groups.One is the control group,the other is the group with the treatment of Suzi down Decoction combined and Shuxuening injiection with western medicine to the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Result：The treatment group have the Significant change in the clinical symptoms,lung function.Conclusion：The method of this disease have lower gas phlegm,cough and asthma effect.
